🎲 Gambling Harm Education Workshop – A Powerful Learning Experience! 🎮
The other day, Jen (a community engagement champion) delivered an engaging and eye-opening workshop on Gambling Harm Education. 🙌
Over 30 Cert II and III students took part in the session, gaining valuable insights into:
✅ How the gambling & gaming industry operates
✅ Emerging gambling issues affecting young people
✅ Recognising signs and symptoms of harmful gambling behaviour
✅ Practical skills to keep themselves and others safe
Jen’s presentation was dynamic, relatable, and deeply informative - she had the room fully engaged from start to finish! 🙌✨
Gambling harm can affect anyone, and understanding the risks is the first step to staying safe.

Today is is R U OK? Day 💛but we know that whether it’s a friend, family member, partner, or colleague , the people around us go through life’s ups and downs every day. That’s why we want everyone to feel confident to check in with the people they care about and Ask R U OK? Any Day.
Research has found that those who are regularly asked, 'are you OK?' report increased feelings of wellbeing, You don't need to have answers or solutions, just listening is super supportive and beneficial.

Ask R U OK? Any Day, because a conversation could change a life. 💛💛💛

10/09/2025

We recognise R U OK? Day tomorrow as a day to check in with those around us to see how they are coping with life's ups and downs. However, we don't navigate these ups and downs on just one day a year. It's really important to ask R U OK? Any Day and regularly check in with those you care about 💛💛💛
