A big thank you to Nautilus College for having headspace deliver a four-week program on screen use and gambling 🙌

Students explored how screens and gambling impact the developing brain, why they can be hard to switch off, and how platforms are designed to keep us engaged. Most importantly, they built practical skills to take back control - using tools like STOP, and becoming the “boss of their brain.”

If you or someone you know needs support, please reach out to headspace on (02) 6588 7300 or GambleAware on 1800 858 858.

Let’s celebrate the moments that can sometimes go unseen – the moments of true authenticity and courage that shape trans lives. Our lives. 🤍🩵🩷

These moments are everywhere! Whether it’s feeling affirmed by having someone use your pronouns, meeting another trans person, the confidence boost of a great outfit, or the exciting step of trying out an affirming new name!

To our trans, gender diverse, and non-binary community: today we celebrate your moments of personal pride and the strength of your collective experiences. And to our allies: we invite you to celebrate with us, to see, uplift, and support the joy, authenticity, and courage of trans people everywhere.🏳️‍⚧️

Thankyou Fittwithkrystal 🙏

For the month of March, the community showed up… one minute at a time, plank by plank. ✨

Not for abs.
Not for aesthetics.

But for something bigger 🤍

Every plank was for
For mental strength.
For pausing, breathing, and grounding in the middle of busy lives.

For something beyond ourselves ✨
Raising awareness and support for young people and their mental health.

Between work, kids, and everything in between… they still showed up.✨

And that’s what makes this so powerful.

I’m so proud of every single woman who was part of this ✨

This is what is all about;
COMMUNITY. CONNECTION. EMPOWERMENT. 🤍
