Jeans for Genes day is this Thursday 7th of August. It's a day to wear jeans to work or school and raise money for the Children's Medical Research Institute to support research into genetic diseases and birth defects in children. The event aims to raise awareness and funds for research into treatments and cures for these conditions. Greenmeadows pharmacy have a collection box for donations, or you can make donations online via the Jeans for Genes website https://fundraise.jeansforgenes.org.au/

On behalf of the team at Greenmeadows Medical Centre, we would like to take this opportunity to thank our staff and patients who helped us raise awareness for Do It For Dolly Day 2025.

This cause is deeply important to us, and with your kind donations, we raised a total of $441.

Do It For Dolly Day, held annually on May 9, is a national initiative dedicated to spreading kindness and taking a stand against bullying in memory of Amy "Dolly" Everett. By going BLUE and supporting Dolly’s Dream, we contribute to vital anti-bullying education, support services, and awareness programs across Australia.

We are proud to have been part of this meaningful day and grateful to everyone who contributed. Your generosity helps create safer, kinder communities for young people.
