This class is designed to help you rebuild strength and stability after the birth of your child. We start by connecting to the breath, enliven the pelvic floor muscles with diaphragmatic breathing and gradually build functional core strength. General advice is to begin from 6 weeks post natural birth and 10 weeks post caesarean. Classes are suitable for babies up until crawling. Hypnobirthing Australia Course:
This course offers a completely modern and comprehensive approach to antenatal education. It has been compiled in an easy to understand, easy to employ format putting you in the driver’s seat for your birth.
