Learn to move slowly with breath led movements, anchoring your awareness and improving your connection to your body. This class can help manage daily stresses and encourage healing by down-regulating the nervous system. Corporate Yoga:
Yoga provides a cost effective solution to promote health, wellness and employee engagement at your workplace. I offer group and private yoga, meditation and mindfulness sessions in person. Getting started couldn’t be easier, I offer sessions before work, after work, or anytime, with on-site classes adapted to meet the needs of your organisation. Chair Yoga is a wonderful way to explore and receive the health benefits of yoga. Chair Yoga is beneficial for people with: limited mobility, disabilities, recovering from illness or injury, or anyone who is unable to participate in a traditional yoga class done on a mat. Yoga poses are modified and adapted with the use of a chair for seated postures and breathing techniques, and as an aid for balance. Pregnancy Yoga:
Train your body for the physical aspect of birth. Relieve symptomatic ailments of pregnancy such as lower back aches and sciatica. Learn valuable skills to help manage strong sensations in labour and induce relaxation. Prepare your mind to embrace your changing body and life. Enjoy time connecting with your baby in utero. Pave the way for healthy childbirth, recovery and parenthood

The best time to begin is from 12 weeks, you can continue as long as it feels good to do so. Mums and Bubs Yoga:
This class is designed to help you rebuild strength and stability after the birth of your child. We start by connecting to the breath, enliven the pelvic floor muscles with diaphragmatic breathing and gradually build functional core strength. General advice is to begin from 6 weeks post natural birth and 10 weeks post caesarean. Classes are suitable for babies up until crawling. Hypnobirthing Australia Course:
This course offers a completely modern and comprehensive approach to antenatal education. It has been compiled in an easy to understand, easy to employ format putting you in the driver’s seat for your birth. Course includes 12 hours of personalised training, comprehensive folio of resources, two practice mp3s and the ebook “Little Book of Hypnobirthing”. This can be taught in a private or group setting. You will enjoy restorative poses, pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and deep relaxation. The restorative poses are held for 3-5 minutes, using props to support the body in a gentle, unfolding stretch. Breath is used as a tool to direct prana (life force/energy) into areas of the body with mindful intention. We round up our practice with Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation) to promote deep restoration.

This class is especially beneficial for those recovering from illness or injury, or experiencing stress. You’ll learn techniques to downregulate the nervous system and return the body to its natural healing state. No prior experience is necessary.

We were blessed with gorgeous weather for a father's day adventure this weekend.

After being a (small) part of the workforce involved in completing the upgrade to the Diamond Head - Kylies headland loop track, Rich was super chuffed to make this his pick of things to do. How stunning are these flowers?!

I definately recommend taking this walk. It is quite steep in parts and there's not much shade so go early in the day and probably not in the height of summer! 🐍

Grateful for this time spent as a family, with kids growing up so fast, I'm not sure how many more we'll have the fortune of claiming!

My heart goes out to those who miss their loved ones most on these days. I hope you find some peace in taking time to remember/ think of them.

This photo was captured by my daughter in our backyard. The magnolia tree is a wonderful marker of impending spring, holding her buds tight during winter and opening in a beautiful display near the season’s end. This year was particularly stunning. Sometimes the seasons seem a little mixed up, with a small show pre-winter and another at the end. But this time, there was no start-stop appearance, just a full, glorious bloom.

There’s really only a 10–14 day window to witness this, so we made the most of stepping outside to take in its beauty before the wind and rain swept the flowers to the ground and the green leaves began to madly proliferate. The next phase. Such a marvel to witness.

The intelligence of nature can inspire us in so many ways, teaching us to find connection in its simple rhythms and allowing them to guide our own actions.

How do you connect with the natural world around you? Can you think of some simple ways to bring more connection into your day?
