Eating well and staying active are important for your health, but good sleep is just as essential.

It helps your body recover, supports your immune system, and keeps your mind clear and calm.

Here are some simple sleep tips inspired by the World Sleep Society’s guidance:
✅ Keep regular sleep and wake times
😊 If you nap, try to keep it under 45 minutes
☕ Avoid caffeine for at least 6 hours before bed
🍽️ Go easy on heavy or sugary foods in the evening
🚭 Avoid smoking and alcohol close to bedtime
🏃‍♀️ Stay active during the day, just not right before bed
🛏️ Make sure your bedding is comfy
🌬️ Keep your room cool and well‑ventilated
🔕 Reduce noise and light where possible
📵 Use your bed for sleep only to train your body to switch off
