Meet Jason - Driver & Installer Extraordinaire!

From rolling out our rehabilitation equipment, to rolling out the dad jokes, Jason is one of the big hearts behind our deliveries.

We put Jason on the spot this week and asked him some hard hitting questions! (And we learnt some thing about this awesome human ourselves!!)

Describe your job in 3 words:
Purpose. Meaning. Value.

Most meaningful moment on the job:
A client gave me chocolates for helping her husband. It reminded me how much impact we can have, just by showing up and supporting people.

Surprising fact about the job:
It’s not just ‘deliveries’, it’s making sure every client is set up for care, comfort and independence.

Hidden talent:
Hundreds of dad jokes. My daughter say I never run out. (You’ve been warned!)

If you could swap jobs with anyone for a day, who would it be and why?
Joe Mazulla (head coach of Boston Celtics) I’m an avid lover of the Celtics!

Van must haves:
My Boston Celtics coffee mug. No Celtics, no caffeine = no work😂

Life theme song:
No Retreat, No Surrender - Bruce Springsteen (we are bug fans if The Boss around here too!)

If you could work from anywhere in the world for a month, where would it be?
Spain (Still on my bucket list.)

So happy we were able to help get Daphne a new set of wheels! Click the post to read the full story

At 86, Daphne has lived a very big and very full life!

She worked for the Salvation Army for 60 years, travelling all over the world and spent 25 years living in and around St Kilda before moving to Sacred Heart community following a stroke last year.

Recently thanks to the team at Daphne has been gifted a motorised wheelchair. Having access to the new chair enables her to get back out into the community she loves so much.

The session was presented by our own Andrew Richardson and Luke Gordon from Ottobock Australia. We had a great turnout and some very useful information was shared.

After two years, countless milestones, and even two international trips to the UK, we are beyond proud to announce that Rehab Hire & Sales has officially completed our largest system upgrade project to date!

At the heart of this was our stock management system - and today, it’s stronger and more powerful than ever.

Real-time visibility over drivers, inventory, and orders - a scheduling system that is intuitive. And works.
Automated SMS and email notifications that keep customers, families, therapists and hospitals informed - from delivery through to collection.
Integrated tools that allow us to report directly to funding bodies, saving them time, MONEY, and resources.

This means better service, better communication, and better outcomes - for everyone involved.

This project was just as much about people as it was about platforms.

Every change was guided by a hands on collaboration - from requirements gathering to user testing, training, and post-go-live support.
