Well it’s my first time growing globe artichokes and I am impressed! I didn’t grow them to eat them, just to look at because they are stunning.

Actually I don’t think I’ve ever eaten them fresh, so I even don’t know if I like them.
I do have them every day in my liver formula though.

They are too stunning to pick.
