π Celebrating Mental Health Month 2025 π
October was an incredible month of connection, conversation, and community as our Lifeline Connect teams attended a range of Mental Health Month events across the region. πΏ
Pictured below our beautiful counsellor Gladys represented Lifeline collaborating with Uniting SA for Mental Health Day in the Park in back on the 10th of October.
Weβre so proud to have shared in being present in the community, raising awareness, supporting wellbeing, and reminding everyone that itβs always okay to reach out for help. π€
A huge thank you to all of our amazing volunteers, community partners, and supporters who helped make these events possible. Your passion and kindness help keep important conversations about mental health alive all year round. π¬β€οΈ
Together, we can continue building a community where everyone feels seen, supported, and connected.
Lifeline Connect in SA is proudly funded by Country SA PHN.
