We wanted to share a message from our friends at BlazeAid ⤵

Blaze Aid Australia recently launched their "Give a Farmer a Break Program," a platform designed to assist farmers facing drought by connecting them with essential support, such as volunteers, equipment donations, feed, and agistment for livestock.

For more information, check out the post below.

BLAZEAID ANNOUCES "GIVE A FARMER A BREAK" PROGRAM

A BlazeAid initiative connecting farmers in need with generous volunteers and donors.

This platform was created to support farmers facing drought by matching them with essential assistance, including volunteers, donations of equipment and feed, and agistment opportunities for livestock. Our BlazeAid community is here to lend a helping hand and ensure farmers receive the support they need.

Getting Started

To begin, go to https://giveafarmerabreak.com and start your registration:

Farmer – Farmers in need of support, whether for volunteer assistance, holiday respite through Give a Farmer a Break, donations of supplies or equipment, or agistment opportunities for livestock.

Volunteer – Willing individuals looking to help farmers through fencing, water checks, stock care, or house-sitting to provide farmers with a well-earned break.

Agistment Wanted – Farmers seeking land to feed and accommodate livestock.

Agistment Available – Donors offering land for livestock feeding and care.

Donation In Kind – Generous contributors providing farm equipment, feed, or other useful resources.

Donation – Financial assistance to support struggling farmers.

Holiday - those wishing to offer accommodation to those farmers in need of a break.

Thank you for being part of this vital initiative—together, we can help farmers who are suffering through drought. If you are needing help please email admin@blazeaid.com.au or give Debbie a call 0418990267
