We’re pleased to introduce Dr. Shahla’a Mohsan, a dedicated and experienced GP with a strong interest in Emergency Medicine, Women’s Health, Children’s Health, and Geriatric Medicine.

Graduating in 2000 in Iraq, Dr. Mohsan spent many years working in paediatrics, gynaecology, and obstetrics before moving to Australia. Since then, she has gained extensive experience in emergency medicine, working for four years in Queensland and LMH.

Dr. Mohsan is fluent in English and Arabic and is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to her patients.

Central Clinic Port Pirie highlights the vital issue of ovarian cancer, which affects approximately 1,815 women in Australia each year. Unfortunately, most cases are diagnosed at an advanced stage, making treatment more difficult.

At Central Clinic, we are committed to raising awareness about ovarian cancer and its early symptoms to improve early detection. Knowledge is key, and through education, we aim to make a difference in the fight against this disease.
