Whitney has been with us from the very beginning — back when The Mind & Body Club was just Chels doing one-on-ones from home. She’s seen it all, stuck with it, and continues to show up with the kind of consistency, heart, and humility that truly inspires everyone around her.
She’s not just committed — she leads by example. She walks in with quiet determination, always gives her best, and is always up for some fun along the way 🙌🏼

🖤 How did you feel before, during & after your first class?
Before my first Pilates class, I felt nervous I wasn’t sure what to expect and didn’t feel very coordinated. During class, I started to get the hang of things a little bit, and my confidence slowly grew as I followed the movements.
After few sessions, I found my rhythm, and now I love it! It’s become such a rewarding part of my routine.
🖤 How have you found your experience at the club so far?
It’s such an uplifting, welcoming space not just for physical fitness, but for overall wellbeing. The atmosphere, support, and energy make it a place I genuinely look forward to being in.
🖤 What is your favourite class you have been to?
I always love a good strength class & stretch classes are so nice to unwind for the week. However, the Thursday athletics classes are staring to climb the ranks 🥵 so…. I really can’t choose 😂
🖤What is your favourite exercise you have tried?
A flying kick, always
🖤 Would you recommend the club to others? I would 100% recommend The Mind & Body club to anyone. I think we’re incredibly lucky to have Chelsea and the girls provide such a supportive and inspiring community.
