Over the next few weeks you’ll see more tag-teaming, shadowing + co-coaching with Chels as our girls step up, build confidence and sharpen their coaching skills.

Behind the scenes we are constantly investing in development.
Training sessions.
Education.
Feedback loops.
High standards.

Because growing the Club isn’t about adding more people - it’s about protecting quality while we grow.

And we also know you guys love knowing exactly who you’re booking in with 👀

👉 If a class is being tag-teamed, you’ll now see two coach names when you click into the class on the app - so you always know what you’re walking into.

“I’m too scared to start Pilates because what if people judge me…”

Let me be really honest with you for a second.

Judgement doesn’t even make it through our front door 🙅🏻‍♀️
It’s not welcome here. It’s not tolerated. And it’s not part of our culture.

We hold our community to a standard - kind, supportive, welcoming, real women showing up for themselves. Not ego. Not comparison. Not mean-girl energy. Ever!!

And here’s the part I care about the most…
