When you’re in it, surrounded by women who don’t negotiate with themselves, coached by someone who already knows your name, held to a standard that isn’t yours alone to carry something shifts! ⚡️

Not because we don’t care. Because identity doesn’t change on your couch. It changes through repeated evidence. And the only way to collect that evidence is to show up especially on the Thursday at 5:45pm when everything in you says not to.
The women in this studio aren’t more disciplined than you.
They just stopped waiting to feel ready and let the room do the work that willpower never could ❤️🔥
