Are you a passionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker looking to make a real difference in people’s lives?
EMpower Pathways is currently hiring for casual positions supporting participants with complex needs across a range of settings.

We are seeking trauma-informed support workers who understand the importance of consistency, patience, and respect when working with vulnerable individuals, including children and youth.

What We’re Looking For:
-A trauma-informed approach to care
-Strong understanding of complex behaviours and person-centred supports
-Relevant qualification (Cert III in Individual Support or similar) or willingness to obtain
-Experience supporting children, teens, or young adults
-Fit, active, and able to work in dynamic environments
-Calm, solution-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
-Reliable and professional with a willingness to travel when required
-Open-minded, respectful, and committed to participant choice and control

Mandatory Requirements:
-Full Driver’s License
-Working With Children Check
-Working With Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain)
-Availability for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and some overnights

All fun and games at the Crystal Brook show yesterday..... until Em become a real life Packhorse for her Participant whom he (6foot plus tall) thought it's was a sooo funny after this he added one of those giant sticks of Metworst around my neck too 🤣 you thought this was funny.... he added in some "giddy ups" & horse noises too.
All jokes aside the weather turned it on, we had a ball together and I made it back to the car- just!

Took this gentleman flower shopping today..... he picked up a beautiful bunch of flowers from Poppy & Posy Studio we snuck in a selfie, candle smelling and to Em's devastation the flowers were not for her 🤣
