My Monday evening yoga classes are taking place this evening.
These smaller classes are ideal for those seeking to nourish their minds and bodies, reconnect with like-minded individuals, and develop greater awareness of their physical presence.
Rather than focusing solely on postures, we will explore the interconnectedness of our physical, mental, and emotional bodies, using breath awareness with physical practices to release trapped energy.
This week's focus areas include glute strengthening, sciatica relief through tension release, and a nervous system reset via yoga Nidra.
This practice plays a vital role in mitigating the inflammation and stress that we often carry in our bodies.
We welcome new participants to join our group and encourage you to allocate this 1.5-hour time slot to your personal growth.
