ur body and mind. Hatha Yoga, with a mix of different styles depending on the theme of the month or term and student needs. Generally I commence the classes with with a 'centring and letting go' relaxation followed by Warm Ups, Basic Yoga Postures and easy flowing sequences, a delicious Relaxation & Meditation, Breath Control Practices (Pranayama) throughout the whole class and during relaxation - "breath is life." When people leave they arel happy and relaxed :)

6:00pm start - 7:20pm finish - "Mens Shed" 3 Parham Street Port Pirie SA 5540. Class commences on time - doors are locked just after. We have a lovely group and new people are always welcome for more information please contact me (Sandra Waite)
