Just a little reminder — the early bird price for the Group Breathwork Facilitation Training is ending soon.

We’ll dive deep into the art of holding space through breath and presence… Learning not only how to guide others but also how to expand your own awareness and nervous system capacity (and so much more really).

We’ll explore:

Just as we care for our teeth each morning, we can care for our mind’s hygiene — “brushing” our thoughts through gentle focus.
By practicing returning our attention, again and again, we strengthen our ability to think, feel, and act with clarity.
The movement of attention — coming and going, like a toothbrush moving back and forth — becomes a simple, powerful practice of intention and attention.

Beautiful and Meaningful Memories

Our beautiful minds are always at work — often reflecting on the past, trying to make sense of it, and integrating it into the body so we can release, reset, and move forward. This is a powerful ability... but when it becomes excessive or overrides our deep intentions, it can weigh us down.

Thankfully, the mind also holds the ability of reconnecting us with nourishing memories — moments of love, joy, and elevated spirit. When we re-embody those moments, our entire state can shift toward greater focus, presence, and ease.

In today’s practice, we’ll begin by softening into how we feel in the present moment, move into 5 minutes of HRV breathing with Tibetan bowls, and then continue with a guided meditation to help us reconnect with the inner light already within us.

You're warmly invited to join us in cultivating focused, loving awareness.
