Over the break, I intentionally slowed down — grounding myself at the beach, reconnecting with nature, and spending time training Hugo. Regulating my own nervous system was a powerful reminder that healing starts with presence. I’m stepping into this year centred, recharged, and ready to hold space for healing in 2026.
