This Wednesday will be my last class for 2020

The studio is closed from the
24th December - 3rd of January

And then we are back in action!

I WAS going to offer some classes in the off period but I think I am in need of some rest and reflection. To focus on my personal practice so I can bring you some new and exciting stuff next year.

I’m leaning towards the idea of holding a less conventional class to shake off the Christmas stressors.
