Steph & Alex are back at the Inner Health Centre at Organic Feast at Organic Feast in May for an immersive sound experience designed to support deep rest, and a return to calm.

This is your invitation to step out of the busyness of everyday life and into a space where nothing is required of you. Simply arrive, lie down, and allow your body to soften.

The Experience
A 60-minute sound journey to release tension, settle the mind, and restore balance.

You’ll be immersed in a rich, multi-layered soundscape of live-looped music, traditional sound healing instruments, and gentle guided meditation — all woven together to support deep relaxation.

Who This Is For
A gentle, meditative experience for anyone 12+. Perfect if you’re craving calm, stillness, and restoration.

What We Provide
Mat, pillow, and blanket for your comfort.

What to Bring
Anything additional for extra comfort — eye mask, bolster, water bottle.

Our final gathering beneath the Banyan Tree before we pause for winter 🌳🧘‍♀️🎶

There’s something really special about this space, slowing down, lying back, and letting the sound and nature hold you for a while.

A gentle country drive, fresh air, and the quiet of nature… arriving with space to breathe before we settle in beneath the tree.

We’ll guide you through meditation and live sound, weaving together live-looped music, traditional sound healing instruments, and the natural surroundings into a deeply calming, multi-layered experience 🎶🧘‍♀️🌿

A space to soften, rest, and come back to yourself.

Bring a picnic, settle in, journal or read a book if you feel to… or simply be. We’ll then ease into a 60-minute sound meditation beneath the tree.
