We began 2025 welcoming a new baby into our family, and it’s been such a joy watching him grow over the past 12 months ♥︎

Alongside this, it’s also been a year of meaningful personal and professional growth for the both of us 🙏

Over the past year, we’ve had the opportunity to offer 1:1 Sound Healing sessions and loved sharing our live recorded sound meditation online.

We’re now gently preparing to introduce a monthly online sound meditation, allowing this work to reach you wherever you are - especially for those who may not be able to make it to our in-person gatherings 🎶🎧🧘‍♀️

Each month will explore a different theme, held with a guided meditation and sound bath. This offering is being created with accessibility and inclusion at its heart, and will be offered on a sliding-scale / pay-what-you-can basis.
