As 10th September, RU OK day draws nearer, I imagine there will be a lot of emphasis on checking in with the people around us.🧡
Today I wanted to remind you that it’s ok to bring yourself into the picture.
You also have a relationship of caring for you.
Many people have let that go in favour of caring for others. Of course, caring for our partners and lovers, children, friends, parents or grandparents is a wonderful thing.
And, it doesn’t have to be an either/or choice.
It’s ok to set aside some time for self care to honour, nurture and nourish you. 🌿
Remember, we’re here now. What if we could be ok with everything that is showing up in life, relationships, money and so on?
What if we could get that we’re not wrong or right, and we’re truly ok?

This is my big brother.

And also… the person who handed me the keys to me.

Before Access Consciousness, before the classes, before the books and audios and tools, I was a girl quietly wondering if I was ever going to get it “right.”

I was checking the boxes. Doing life like I was supposed to. Smiling on the outside. But something always felt… off. Like maybe there was a version of me under the version everyone expected.

Then I found myself sitting in rooms where this man, my brother, was inviting people to BE who they truly are. Not who they were trained to be. Not who they were trying to fix. Not who they were pretending to be to be loved, safe, or accepted.

And somewhere in the middle of it all, I realized…
He wasn’t just talking to the people in the room.
He was talking to me.

It wasn’t always easy. But it was mine.
And when I stopped fighting who I am and started choosing it… that’s when everything changed.
