As 10th September, RU OK day draws nearer, I imagine there will be a lot of emphasis on checking in with the people around us.🧡
Today I wanted to remind you that it’s ok to bring yourself into the picture.
You also have a relationship of caring for you.
Many people have let that go in favour of caring for others. Of course, caring for our partners and lovers, children, friends, parents or grandparents is a wonderful thing.
And, it doesn’t have to be an either/or choice.
It’s ok to set aside some time for self care to honour, nurture and nourish you. 🌿
Remember, we’re here now. What if we could be ok with everything that is showing up in life, relationships, money and so on?
What if we could get that we’re not wrong or right, and we’re truly ok?

Hello to all my Melbourne friends! I've just facilitated an Access 3 Day Body class in North Queensland - a beautiful, blissful experience for our bodies. 🥰 And on 27th June I'll be visiting Melbourne.
