Life as a mum is both the most beautiful thing I've ever done and also big challenges for my nervous system. This year I'm starting the year with the 5 day nervous system reset with .
Day 4 and I'm already noticing shifts. Lotus dropped the pepper grinder and smashed it all over the floor while I was busily getting brekky from hungry babe. Instead of getting stressed I stayed calm and made it a game to keep the things that can break out of his hands. It was beautiful.

My take away from the 4th day of this journey is that my nervous system baseline will shift in its own time, when it's ready, all I have to do is commit to 15 min of breathwork a day and chip away, slowly, steady, easefully. No pressure, no need to change. Just do the work, and watch it change my life, in fact be surprised by it! Magic ✨
