Treatment techniques are tailored to your preference and include deep soft tissue work where needed, manual adjusting and also low-force work such as activator/impulse, mechanical blocking and drop-piece adjustments and often a combination of all. This practice also works with nutrition and targeted supplementation to address muscle and joint tightness/pain/stiffness often seen today as a result of depleted vitamins and minerals and environmental toxicity. Suzi is alway's happy to discuss any concern's you have over the phone before you make a booking and will redirect you happily if her care is not the treatment of choice.

Tight muscles in the front of the neck, tight joints in the neck and upper back and muscles in the upper back that are not activating will all contribute to failed posture.
