This practice also works with nutrition and targeted supplementation to address muscle and joint tightness/pain/stiffness often seen today as a result of depleted vitamins and minerals and environmental toxicity. “Too many carbs” is too often a perception of imbalance in our daily diet. However, clean carbs like fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, microgreens, sprouts along with herbs and spices are your healing foods and ideally would make up the bulk of your diet, especially if you are dealing with a chronic illness.
They do heaps to reduce inflammation in your musculoskeletal system as well.
