Sankalpa Mandir Yoga Studio is currently closed, enjoying a quiet breath and a little summer rest.

We’ll be reopening the doors on February 5th, ready to welcome you back to the mat with steady practice, thoughtful teaching, and a calm space to reconnect with yourself and one another.

Until then, may you move gently, breathe deeply, and hold your sankalpa (your heartfelt intention) close.
