Valentina and Rahmi welcome you to this Sacred Space. With a combined 50 years of experience in personal development and leadership training, spiritual healing, remedial masaage, personal training and life coaching between us, you can rest assured you’ve come to right people! We will be offering you guided meditations, personal mentoring, 1:1 treatments online and in person where possible, group coaching and healing services, spiritual guidance, intuitive readings, Reiki, Pranic Healing, Rapid Transformational Therapy(RTT)
as well as Personal Training programs, nutritional advice and retreats. Our Online offerings include our bespoke “HealHer” and “Man Cave Chats with Rahmi” manifesting programs, both of which are a 5 week intensive healing immersion for the brave ones who really want to make the difference in their own life with rapid transformational techniques. In these gentle yet powerful group offerings, men and women at all stages of development can take themselves to the next level. Times can get a little tough every now and again and we understand how that feels. It’s part of being human and we are here to empower you to grow into your full potential always with your best interests at heart. This is a safe place where you can rest your mind, share your emotions and learn to let go of things, people and events that no longer serve you. Whatever state you arrive in we can help shift you to a higher state of self awareness, relaxation and love. And it’s never too late. Your problems today are temporary and we are here to guide you towards feeling good again and trusting in the Universe. We will train you to have an abundance of self love which will, in turn, attract and nourish the love of others in your life. Relationships are at core of our being and we offer guidance with all relationship matters. Once you master your relationship with yourself, everything else falls into place. Hello and Welcome Everyone! I have created this page for you and so that I can help keep you informed about massage techniques and the wonderful results it can produce as well as introduce you and your friends to new things things which I believe will interest you. I love to find out about whats going on out there in the world of health and helaing and sharing that with my friends and clients. Some of you will be just be on here to take a look, others would love to hear about the services I provide and how they may apply to you and your life. I do everything out of the love of helping people be the best that they can be! I've always been that way since a child and, well... some things never change wink emoticon Times get a little tough every now and again and I undertand that - it's part of being human and I can help chill you out.. or even fire you up! Whatever state you arrive in I can help shift you to a higher state of self awareness, relaxation and love for self and others. I totally love what I do heart emoticon I have complete confidence in being able to deliver a reliable service that you will enjoy. Using remedial massage techniques, trigger point therapy and myofascial release techniques, Pranic Healing I can help you to feel more energised and balanced at a very deep level in a short period of time- usually an hour or so! ( If you are open to the energy medicine and 'crystal side' of life.. and even if you are not.. you can try it out with me. I'll lead you through gently and I will do my best to de-mystify it for you so that you can feel good on a whole new level! I have lots of people new to this concept coming to me for treatment because I am very approachable and down to earth about it.)
