It’s great when you can correct multiple problems such as assymetry, breast drooping, large ar**la and large breasts and lack of shape by one or two trusted techniques. Here I did all of that using superomedial breast lift/reduction with the assistance of contouring fat graft to cleavage and upper pole crafting an aesthetically pleasing shape that fits the person.

This young 34 yo woman suffered from very large 12G cup sagging breasts with one being larger than the other, causing all sorts of of issues and symptoms on a daily basis. She knew she didn’t want to go on like that. We managed to get a great outcome for her bringing her down to a C cup in this case, with symmetrical breasts and lifted and reshaped aesthetic, which will serve her well for many years to come. It’s not always possible but in this case it did work out.

It gives me great pleasure to share with you my successful grading to a black belt in Japanese Jujutsu martial art. This has been a major project undertaking over the last 11 years, in many ways similar to the commitment required to become a surgeon. Although a black belt sounds like an end of the journey in reality it’s only the beginning of the real discovery and journey ahead. I am so grateful to have had great teachers and mentors along the way, most importantly my sensei , as well as and and Soon Neo. Big thank you for your mentorship and support through my ups and downs. I hope I can learn from you and pass it on to those that will come after me and give back the same selfless dedication. Lastly, big thank you to my wife and my kids for giving me the opportunity and time away from the family for myself to do something that I felt was really important for me personally. A lot of time has been spent by surgeons performing Abdominoplasty gazing into belly buttons….in th end each surgeon chooses their own preferred technique for its reconstruction. My aim is to give you a most natural and realistic umbilicus post surgery. Ideally it doesn’t attract the gaze of an eye, because it means it looks the part and doesn’t attract attention, which is what we want. We also want to change the frown (saggy skin) around the belly button into a flatter looking abdomen with a natural innie
