There's a new class in town, and it's Bodyweight Met-Con! You can catch it every Wednesday and it'll be the perfect way to break up throwing all the weights around. Don't be fooled, this will be a high intensity workout that'll have the heart racing and whole body burning! If you're feeling brave, give this sample BW Met-Con session a go!
