What can Kinesiology help with?
Issues we can balance in a Kinesiology session include:
•Pain- often when we have pain there can be more going on under the surface.
Unresolved and ongoing pain can have Emotional components, Nutritional (inflammatory foods or the need for more nutrition), Structural (muscle correcting or massage) or even spiritual aspects (Being on your life path? Or living as your true authentic self?)
• Weight loss
-Often times when we're trying to lose weight- we're eating right, exercising and doing all the things but the weight just won't shift! This can be a sign that there could be underlying emotional issues OR you're not including the ideal exercise and nutrition that your specific body wants. (We're all unique)
•Learning difficulties (for children and adults)
-Blockages in this area can include issues such as school trauma, brain integration, nutrition, self worth etc.
Letting go of these stressors and learning with ease can give us a new lease on life and support us in achieving our goals.
•Self Worth issues
- Connecting to who you really are, valuing your Unique Self & letting go of old stories so you can choose to truely love yourself and live your best life.
..And the list goes on!
Within the session, your body lets us know what you need to let go of these blockages, so you can achieve your goal and move on with your life with more ease.
