What is Reiki?

Reiki is life, embodied. The medicine of the Earth & of the Stars, channeled through the crown of the head into the heart of the self, down the arms & out of the palms of the hands.

We are electromagnetically beings living in an electromagnetic universe.

Reiki helps us to attune to the rhythm of the cosmos though the softening of awareness, that then allows amplified electro magnetic (life force energy) to enter the cells.

The results are feelings of deep inner peace, clarity, groundedness + groundedness spark of inner illumination.

Reiki + other energy medicine has been used by folk healers for lifetimes to rebalance the heart, mind + body. Its gentle, healing wisdom continues to impact the lives of all those who hear its call.

In the age of Aquarius we are asked to tune into the subtle realms… the spaces in between, where God speaks.

Learning Reiki is an incredible opportunity to accelerate your spiritual awareness, and invites in a deeper knowledge of self + our place in the world around us.

My first Reiki teacher taught that if everyone received at least their Reiki Level 1, the world would be a very different place.

Join me for an intimate Reiki Level 1 training in Fairfield on Saturday 9th March.

We will spend the day in gentle ceremony, exploring the magic that Reiki has to offer.
