What is Reiki?

Reiki is life, embodied. The medicine of the Earth & of the Stars, channeled through the crown of the head into the heart of the self, down the arms & out of the palms of the hands.

It is the universal spark of creation that exists within all living things.

Translated from scriptures written down by one of Buddha’s disciples as Buddha spoke, Reiki is a gift from the earth that gently shifts ancient imprints of karma, opens & cleanses the energy systems of the body & increases high-vibrational energy flow through all layers of the self.

Learning Reiki is an important step on the journey to self-empowerment, reclaiming sovereignty & deepening spiritual awareness while acknowledging the divinity in all things.

All bodies can learn Reiki, regardless of age, religious background or relief system. Once attuned to Reiki you can give yourself & your loved ones the gift of amplified life force energy, increasing the amount of electromagnetic energy in the cells through gentle awareness & loving intention.

🕊️ Known as the “Power of powers”, the energy of Seichim introduces itself long before the mind understands what is happening.

🌹 Around the world, hearts are being activated by the subtle codes of Sophia, the Mother of All whose messages of unconditional love and strength shine through the reemergence of the teachings of the Divine Feminine.

🕯️Within the system of Seichim, the Goddess Sekhmet calls to Us to burn through the illusion of separation so that we can walk in our power and our truth, becoming guardians of Ma’at, the scales of justice and balance.

The severing of ancient practises and rituals have left many disconnected from our roots, and it is the strength of the roots which determine the strength of the tree 🌱 🌳

We are electromagnetically beings living in an electromagnetic universe.

Reiki helps us to attune to the rhythm of the cosmos though the softening of awareness, that then allows amplified electro magnetic (life force energy) to enter the cells.

The results are feelings of deep inner peace, clarity, groundedness + groundedness spark of inner illumination.

Reiki + other energy medicine has been used by folk healers for lifetimes to rebalance the heart, mind + body. Its gentle, healing wisdom continues to impact the lives of all those who hear its call.

In the age of Aquarius we are asked to tune into the subtle realms… the spaces in between, where God speaks.

Learning Reiki is an incredible opportunity to accelerate your spiritual awareness, and invites in a deeper knowledge of self + our place in the world around us.

My first Reiki teacher taught that if everyone received at least their Reiki Level 1, the world would be a very different place.

It takes courage to embark on this journey, as you will find yourself vibrating away what is not for you, developing stronger connections with the unseen realms + dancing with the polarity of light + dark that exists within all.

I believe that a healer is born, not made, and that inside of every person exists the wisdom of their ancestors, the stars + of the earth. In order to birth new + better worlds, we must meet the shadows within us, tending to the darkness like a mother to her child. Your body will cease to exist, but your soul lives forever. Cultivate practices that invite in more peace, for a peaceful heart has the gift of true sight’
