When you jump from one task to the next without pause, your brain stays in overdrive — which can increase stress, reduce focus, and eventually lead to burnout.⁠

Taking just two minutes to slow down, breathe, and ground yourself can make all the difference. It calms the nervous system and helps you reset.⁠

Close your eyes, take slow deep breaths in and out, feel the rise and fall of your chest, and gently guide each inhale deeper into your belly. 🌬️💆‍♀️⁠
