They have had a beautiful life in my massage room as hot and cold massage stones in my for chakra balancing treatments, and they have been adored and looked after incredibly well 🫶🏻

These were purchased brand new from ‘Stone Eagle Massage’… and all of these stones and crystals are ethically sourced, and HAND carved with intent right here in Australia.

📣IMPORTANT UPDATE📣

You may have noticed, Highlands has been a little quiet over the last 8 weeks 🤫

This is because I was recently diagnosed with several progressive spinal conditions, and will very soon be heading in for spinal surgery and spinal fusion 🩻

This comes just 5 months after my arm surgery… which I am also still healing from 🦾

Moving forward, after my recovery period is over… Highlands will be running in a much gentler, softer capacity… as to ensure the longevity of the business, the treatments, client satisfaction, and my own health 👌🏻

As such, I am currently in the process of redesigning my entire treatment menu, offerings, and opening hours.

Rest assured… Highlands has always been, and will continue to be… your space to escape. Your ‘relaxation cave’. Your place to forget the outside world. My strength… and your need… has always lay in the atmosphere… the escape… and the slow relaxation-inducing, nurturing offerings 🫶🏻

Highlands has never offered, nor has ever had a focus on pain management massage, or deep tissue/sport/remedial/clinical massage.

Rather, my skillset has always highlighted relaxation, escape, and atmosphere.. and this will continue 😌

With this diagnosis, I now have the absolute luxury to be able to focus on this skillset, and pour all of my energy into the specific massages and treatments that uphold the ‘relaxation and escape theme’ that Highlands is known for… while moving away from some of the ‘heavier’ treatments that my body is no longer able to continue.

These high end treatments are a culmination of experience, love, and dedication 🫶🏻
