I’m not here to fix you. I’m not here to analyse, solve, or change you. To fix you… would be an injustice to your own wisdom within.

I’m here to hold space for you… to offer a pause, a gentle exhale, stillness, a place where nothing is required of you… in an otherwise demanding world.

I hold you while you rest in stillness, while your nervous system unwinds, while your body remembers its own wisdom, and its own healing 🫶🏻

In this space, you don’t need to be anything other than exactly as you are.

The Fire Horse is a symbol of transformation… fierce yet free, driven by instinct, passion, and the call to live truthfully.

As the season turns and the earth begins to soften and release, 🍂Harvest & Hold🍂 invites you into a sacred pause… a space to gently gather what you’ve grown, honour what you’ve lived, and consciously choose what you carry forward. This intimate Autumn retreat is designed as a warm, grounding sanctuary where the nervous system can settle and the heart can feel held.

We’ll begin with spiced chai and a welcoming ceremony, setting the tone for slowing down and arriving fully into the body. From there, we’ll move through a cleansing ritual to shed what no longer needs to be carried, followed by breathwork, somatic yoga, and guided meditation to ground, integrate, and restore. A deeply immersive sound bath will support you in dropping beneath the surface, allowing the body to rest and receive.

In the spirit of harvest and hearth, we’ll gather in an offering circle and move into nourishing creative practices — crafting a honey & oat body balm as a symbol of sweetness earned and preservation, and shaping a clay “holding bowl” to represent what you are choosing to hold with care through the coming season. We’ll close together with ceremony and a generous harvest grazing table, sharing warm, seasonal nourishment as a collective grounding and return 🍲

A couple of weeks ago, I won a massage 🤩 So today, I actually had someone come and massage ME in my little healing room, and oh my 😍

I nearly drifted off… and for my overthinking brain… that’s HUGE. It usually also takes quite a while for my body to relax into massage (which is strange because massage is legitimately one of my FAVOURITE things on the planet)… but I found myself relaxing very quickly with Mikayla 🫶🏻

Oh my… I only have 2 appointment spots left until March 😬

January is nearly booked out already, and I head in for surgery on my wrist on the 11th Feb, so I will be taking the rest of February off to recover as my wrist will be splinted (3 weeks).

Please note: the following availability does NOT apply to spray tans and sauna. Spray tans and sauna can be arranged outside normal hours and can be done while my wrist is splinted (please message to arrange a time).

For all other treatments, my availability is as follows:

-28th January: 10:30am (1hr)
-29th January: 11:15pm (1 or 1.5hr)

11th Feb - 4th March: CLOSED (except sauna and spray tan).
