We are excited to welcome Renee to the pilates team here at BN!
Renee is an APPI Unite Health-certified Pilates instructor and 200-hour registered yoga teacher, with further training in trauma-informed yoga. She is passionate about mindful movement as a somatic, embodied practice that supports strength, alignment, and flow.
Her classes are calm yet engaging, designed to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can tune into their bodies and choose the level of rest or challenge that feels right for them.
Clients can expect to leave her classes feeling more connected to their body, calm and energised. Classes are grounding but also uplifting, with the aim of leaving you feeling stronger, more at ease, and a little more home in your body.
You can find Renee on the schedule every Wednesday evening from the 6th of May. Bookings can be made via Mindbody 🌿
