We are excited to welcome Renee to the pilates team here at BN!⁠

Renee is an APPI Unite Health-certified Pilates instructor and 200-hour registered yoga teacher, with further training in trauma-informed yoga. She is passionate about mindful movement as a somatic, embodied practice that supports strength, alignment, and flow.⁠

Her classes are calm yet engaging, designed to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can tune into their bodies and choose the level of rest or challenge that feels right for them.⁠

Clients can expect to leave her classes feeling more connected to their body, calm and energised. Classes are grounding but also uplifting, with the aim of leaving you feeling stronger, more at ease, and a little more home in your body.⁠

You can find Renee on the schedule every Wednesday evening from the 6th of May. Bookings can be made via Mindbody 🌿⁠

The pain is gone.. what possibly could go wrong?⁠

You are feeling 90% better and keen to get back to hiking, golfing, running, the things you enjoy. But this is where many get caught out. Doing too much too soon can lead to a flare up.⁠

It's not that your body is broken or simply “getting old”. Often, your tissues are still healing beneath the surface, or you have not yet rebuilt the capacity needed for those activities. Your body may respond by becoming protective.⁠

Over the Easter long weekend, our hours will vary slightly. ⁠

We will be closed on Good Friday, open as normal for reformer classes on Easter Saturday and Easter Sunday, and on Easter Monday we will be closed for allied health appointments while running a reduced reformer schedule.⁠

We are pleased to welcome Rob to the Physiotherapy team here at BN!⁠

Robert (Rob) is passionate about helping people overcome injury and persistent pain to get back to the activities they love. Using manual therapy, dry needling, clinical exercise, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy™️, he focuses on long-term recovery, not just quick fixes.⁠

With experience in Clinical Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, and Post-Surgical Rehab, Rob creates tailored plans that support both recovery and day to day function.⁠

Taking a warm and personalised approach, Rob aims to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. He places a strong emphasis on education, empowering clients with the knowledge and tools to manage their condition and support long-term health and wellbeing.⁠

When he’s not in the clinic, Rob enjoys family time, staying active, and exploring art and photography.⁠

Rob will be available from the 2nd of April for consultations and clinical exercise every Thursday. Bookings can be made via the link in our bio.⁠

EMPOWER is one of our clinical exercise offerings at BN, combining strength and conditioning with physiotherapist-led guidance. It’s a natural progression from our HEAL classes, designed to challenge you with more performance-focused training tailored to your goals.⁠

Sessions incorporate a mix of pilates equipment alongside gym-based tools such as the squat rack, bench, kettlebells, and TRX to build strength, control, and confidence.⁠
