Get ready to strengthen your mind and improve your mental well-being with our 12-week course, starting on Tue Sep 10, 2024, at 6:00 PM BST.

Join us for the "Empower Your Mind: Mental Fitness Foundations Course," hosted by Mentally Fitter Communities CIC.

Course Overview:
