At Creative Healing, we believe healing shouldn’t come at the cost of exhaustion. Therapy shouldn’t feel rushed, pressured, or overwhelming. It should be a space where you can breathe, feel safe, and move at a pace that honours where you are.
This year we’re choosing to sustain:
✨ wellbeing over burnout
✨ depth over doing more
✨ care over pressure
That means creating calmer, more intentional spaces for our clients — places where talking, creativity, and connection are all welcome. Some days healing looks like words. Other days it looks like art, colour, making, sitting quietly, or simply being understood.
We’re also gently growing our team and are so pleased to welcome three new practitioners to Creative Healing:
💛 Narelle
💛 Ester
💛 Morgaine
Each brings warmth, skill, and a compassionate approach to supporting children, young people, and adults.
🌱 Support available at Creative Healing includes:
• Counselling for children, adolescents & adults
• Art therapy & creative-based therapy
• Support for anxiety, depression, trauma & emotional regulation
• Neurodiversity-affirming therapy
• School refusal & friendship challenges
• NDIS supported services
• Medicare rebates (with GP Mental Health Treatment Plan)
• Creative wellbeing programs in schools
• Workplace & corporate wellbeing workshops

If you’re looking for therapy that honours who you are — not just your symptoms — you’re very welcome here.
This is a year of gentler healing.
A year of care.
A year of sustaining what matters 🌿
