A lot of people have lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) who come into the clinic. It's often caused by ignoring pain or starting an activity like tennis or gripping motorbike handles. When overused, it can be very painful!

I love playing tennis and doing warm-ups before these kinds of activities can keep you doing the things you enjoy. This allows the muscles and tendons to warm and get blood moving to reduce the chance of injury. If there's time afterwards, some stretching is great too! 🎾πŸ’ͺ
