At I-Help, we proudly support National Diabetes Week by raising awareness and offering vital, personalised support for participants living with diabetes.
Do you know the signs and symptoms of diabetes?
Early detection can make a big difference. Look out for:
๐น Excessive thirst
๐น Frequent urination
๐น Fatigue
๐น Blurred vision
๐น Unexplained weight loss
๐น Slow-healing wounds
๐น Increased hunger
๐น Tingling or numbness in hands or feet
We encourage everyone to take proactive steps toward better health by booking a general health check-up, learning the signs and symptoms of diabetes, and sharing helpful resources with others in the community. Early awareness and education can make a meaningful difference in preventing and managing diabetes.
At I-Help, we support people living with diabetes to feel safe, confident, and in control at home. Through our Medication Assistance and daily living supports, we help implement Diabetes Management Plans developed by healthcare providers, with clinical oversight every step of the way.

โจ Clinical oversight is provided by our dedicated Clinical Care department, who supervise implementation of Diabetes Management Plans, train support workers in safe care practices and escalation pathways and monitor service delivery to ensure all supports are provided safely and effectively.
We currently have capacity to support participants with diabetes and are committed to helping individuals live safely and confidently at home with personalised clinical support.
