We’re Hiring: Experienced Support Worker – SIL (Western Sydney)

Join a values-driven organisation where you’ll combine leadership responsibilities with hands-on support in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day SIL house operations
• Provide person-centred, strengths-based support
• Supervise and support Disability Support Workers
• Manage rosters, documentation, incidents and compliance
• Build strong relationships with participants and stakeholders
• Work across a rotating roster including evenings, nights and weekends

About You:
• Experience as a Senior Support Worker
• Strong SIL / disability sector background
• Confident balancing leadership and direct support
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Requirements:
• Certificate IV in Disability (or related)
• First Aid and CPR
• NDIS Worker Check and WWCC
• Full Australian Driver’s Licence

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in mental health support
• Great communication skills

• 4–6 hours per day, Monday to Sunday
• Flexible working arrangements
