Exciting News! Our little family is growing, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to announce we’re expecting a precious addition to our family in May 2025! 💕 I’ll be starting maternity leave in April to prepare for this exciting new chapter, and I want to thank each and every one of you for your incredible support throughout this journey.

I’ll be back to work in 2026, refreshed and ready to continue doing what I love. In the meantime, appointments can still be booked online up until my leave begins – so make sure to secure your spot!

My son came home with another virus from preschool – I’m sure most mums can relate! 🙃 He’s been coughing and dealing with phlegm, especially at night. Along with our usual Chinese herbal formulas, I did some cupping to help open up his chest and move the phlegm out. After the session, his coughs reduced, and he felt so much better. 🙏 Hoping for a restful night’s sleep tonight!

HIJAMA WET-CUPPING

Hijama (wet-cupping) involves the application of plastic cups via a vacuum from which blood is then withdrawn by small incisions placed on the skin.

HIJAMA WET-CUPPING FOR ANKLE PAIN

This patient had swelling and fluid retention around her ankle. She's previously injured her ankle in the past. She was having trouble walking and standing on her feet.
