What a fantastic, festive few weeks we’ve had! Our residents loved getting creative with Easter bonnet making, followed by a high-spirited bingo competition where we crowned two very deserving winners. The joy continued with a fresh fruit kebab workshop, and our latest fishing trip to Mandalay was another massive hit. To keep us active and entertained, Scott's weekly quiz is a firm favourite, and his Tai Chi group is continuing to grow in popularity.

March has been a whirlwind of wonderful activities! From St Caths visits and fishing trips at Mandalay to enjoying lunch at the POW and celebrating end-of-month birthdays, our calendar has been full of joy and connection.

We are truly grateful for our amazing staff and residents who make every moment special. Seeing the smiles on everyone’s faces is the greatest reward and a true testament to the warmth in our home. Here’s to many more memorable moments together!

On Friday, residents enjoyed a delightful High Tea with jam and cream. To celebrate World Poetry Day on the 21st, Scott engaged everyone with a fun poetry quiz. The afternoon was topped off with a cheerful happy hour hosted by Carolyn. A wonderful day full of treats and laughter!

What a wonderful day for an outing to Mandalay! Perfect weather to drop a line, soak up some vitamin D, and wet our toes. One of the residents said he wanted to catch one last fish—and guess what? He did! A great day filled with sunshine, good vibes, and a little fishing luck!
