Peak Physique Hot Yoga are affordable hot yoga studios providing hot & warm yoga classes. We also offer yoga teacher training and franchise opportunities.

Peak Physique Hot Yoga studios can be found throughout Australia, offering affordable hot and warm yoga classes for every level. We provide various styles of yoga classes such as Hot Vinyasa, Hot Power, Hot26, Hot Blend, Warm Variation, Pre-natal Yoga. Our classes are aimed for beginner and intermediate yogies along with students recovering from injuries or students wanting to practice yoga whilst pregnant. We also offer our 200-hour yoga teacher training, for students wanting to become yoga teachers. Our teacher training program is accredited by Yoga Alliance Australia. Our yoga classes aim to stretch and tone the body providing internal and external benefits, including weight loss, skin improvement, increased muscle, headache relief, help with anxiety, increased energy levels, balanced blood levels and a positive self image. Over the past 7 years, Peak Physique Hot Yoga Prospect has grown beyond what we ever imagined – and today we get to share another milestone with you 💛

Our brand new change rooms are officially ready to welcome you! 🙌 You might remember this space as our original reception and tiny community area (our humble beginnings 💭) – and now it’s been completely transformed.

From Monday afternoon, you’ll be able to enjoy the new facilities before the 6pm class and after the 6pm class. 🚿✨

And that’s not all… our Styku body scanner is now set up in this space too (don’t forget to book your scans!).

We’re so excited to keep expanding and creating the best experience possible for our yoga family. This is just the beginning – stay tuned for more changes to come 👀

🎉 7 YEARS STRONG! 🎉

Today marks 7 years since I became the proud owner of Peak Physique Hot Yoga Prospect 🧘‍♂️🔥 — and what a journey it’s been!

First and foremost, I want to thank my mum and dad ❤️💙. The amount of support you’ve given me over these years has been enormous. You’ve put up with so much (I know it 😅) and I’m forever grateful.

To our incredible community 🙏 — we’ve been through a lot together, including the challenges of COVID, and yet here we are, stronger than ever. Over the years, we’ve seen so many advancements, upgrades, and transitions, and it’s all been worth it to keep creating a space that inspires, moves, and connects people.

To my amazing staff 💼🌟 — your hard work, energy, and dedication have been the backbone of this studio. You’ve supported me and our members through every change, challenge, and milestone, and I’m so thankful for everything you do to make our studio the special place it is.

A special thank you to Daniel 💪💛 — in the last couple of years, you’ve been a massive support in every single way, and I can’t thank you enough.

The next chapter is going to be even more exciting 🚀 — with new changes on the horizon that will set us up for the next seven years and beyond.
