I have always had a passion for cooking and have worked in kitchens as a cook over the years. As a child I suffered with a lot of allergies, which later turned into leaky gut issues and Chronic inflammation. I spent most my adult life caring for others and not taking care of myself, and my health was getting worse and worse. I knew things had to change or I would no longer be able to care for thos

e I loved. After going on a journey of healthy eating and lots of juicing I realized that my body was finally healing. I had more energy to do the things I loved and my inflammation reduced. As I am by nature a carer, I am passionate about helping other to change the way they eat and understand that by eating whole foods we can still have deserts and the flavours we love. Being prepared with healthy treats in your freezer is key to never eating junk food ever again. When you feed your body wholesome foods, fruit and veggies, you will find your body starts to crave healthy alternatives. Your taste buds actually change. I say, if it doesn't look like real food, then don't eat it. Get back to eating the way our Grandparents ate, cut out processed foods and feed your body what it needs. You will see a change as I did and have more energy to do those things in life you love.
