Our Story
BYA FITNESS BOOTCAMP:
Based in Australia, BYA Fitness provides an approach to training which pushes its members to the absolute limit, physically and mentally. BYA Fitness is a family orientated Bootcamp which run fitness classes for kids and adults. BYA helps individuals just beginning their fitness journey as well as assist more advanced individuals get even better fitness results or wanting to make it to an elite sporting level.
Workouts range from 45 minutes to 1 hour at high intensity. The training styles used combine the use of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, Functional Training and incorporate sport specific skills to further enhance athleticism, torch fat and build muscle.
BYA Fitness also runs a sport specific class for Rugby League (League Skills).
BYA Fitness is run by committed fitness professionals with a sporting background, providing aspiring athletes, individuals just beginning their fitness journey and advanced more individuals with the best opportunity to make it to an elite level, shred fat and build muscle. Workouts are focused on building speed, agility, strength, power, endurance and mobility, enabling individuals to reach their full athletic potential, get that amazing body they desire and feel healthier and happier than ever.
