Based in Sydney Australia, Bust Your Ass Fitness provides an approach to training which pushes its members to the absolute limit, physically and mentally. Our classes are designed to tailor to individuals needs and variety of styles whether it be Strength Training, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, Functional Training. BYA Fitness is run by committed fitness professionals

with a sporting background, providing all members and aspiring athletes with the best opportunity to reach elite level. Workouts are focused on building speed, agility, strength, power, endurance and mobility, enabling individuals to reach their full athletic potential. Stella started as a trainee together with her daughter when BYA was first established and has been part of the BYA family for over 6 years.

With her natural, engaging personality, Coach Stella provides positive experiences for all our members.
Through her very own personal journey, Stella encourages, motivates, and inspires members of the community to strive for their individual based goals, including the support for one another.

Lukas specialises in strength training, muscle hypertrophy training, weight loss, cardio endurance and kids fitness.
Lukas has been part of the BYA family for over 2 years and is valued by all members with his unique style of training.

Our Story

BYA FITNESS BOOTCAMP: Based in Australia, BYA Fitness provides an approach to training which pushes its members to the absolute limit, physically and mentally. BYA Fitness is a family orientated Bootcamp which run fitness classes for kids and adults. BYA helps individuals just beginning their fitness journey as well as assist more advanced individuals get even better fitness results or wanting to make it to an elite sporting level. Workouts range from 45 minutes to 1 hour at high intensity. The training styles used combine the use of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, Functional Training and incorporate sport specific skills to further enhance athleticism, torch fat and build muscle. BYA Fitness also runs a sport specific class for Rugby League (League Skills). ​ BYA Fitness is run by committed fitness professionals with a sporting background, providing aspiring athletes, individuals just beginning their fitness journey and advanced more individuals with the best opportunity to make it to an elite level, shred fat and build muscle. Workouts are focused on building speed, agility, strength, power, endurance and mobility, enabling individuals to reach their full athletic potential, get that amazing body they desire and feel healthier and happier than ever.
