My Uncle’s final wish was to be with our grandmother. Because he was diagnosed with dementia, life insurance wasn’t an option, and this unexpected loss has been especially hard on my cousins and our family.

Where your donation goes
All funds raised will go directly toward funeral and burial costs so we can honor his last request and lay him to rest with our grandmom.

How We Treat Others Matters More Than We Think

When a friend reaches out and asks for help, it’s not a weakness—it’s courage. It takes humility to say, “I can’t do this alone.”

If someone comes to you in need, pause. Don’t judge, don’t measure their worth, don’t make it transactional. Just show up—with love, with kindness, with respect.

Because if you think you're above someone who’s asking for help, it might be time to check your heart.

One day, you could be the one reaching out.
Would you want to be met with compassion—or a checklist?

We rise by lifting each other, not by keeping score.

If your day is full of excuses, it might be your sign to try it anyway.

Excuses are often dressed up as logic, protection, or planning.
But here’s the truth:
Most excuses aren't about what's possible. They're about what's comfortable.

We say things like:

“It’s not the right time.”

“I don’t have the resources.”

“I’m just too tired.”

“What if I fail?”

And they sound like valid reasons—until you ask yourself this:

What’s the cost of staying exactly where I am?
What am I avoiding by overthinking it?

Thinking outside the box means realizing the box never existed—
it’s just a mental boundary built from fear, past pain, or self-doubt.

So what if this time… you try it anyway?
Even if it’s messy. Even if you’re scared. Even if you don’t feel “ready.”

You don’t need a perfect plan to start—you need the courage to move despite your excuses.

Growth doesn’t live in comfort zones.
It lives on the other side of trying, failing, learning—and trying again.

Let today be the day you interrupt your excuse cycle and act as if success is inevitable.

Because it just might be.

Three years ago, I took a leap of faith and launched my coaching business.

I had my certification and a book—but no roadmap. Step by step, I built my business in my own way, proving to myself that with heart, energy, and determination, I could achieve anything.

I feared public speaking—so I overcame it.
I wanted to go beyond surface-level coaching—so I deepened my knowledge.
I didn’t know marketing—so I learned.
I had no idea how to form an LLC—so I figured it out.
I didn’t understand how to fill out a BOA report—so I taught myself.
I dreamed of writing and publishing a book but had no experience—so I learned.
I knew nothing about self-publishing or affiliate marketing—so I am mastering them.

If they can do it, and I can do it—so can you. The real question is: Where are you willing to place your energy?

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but protect your peace.

Not every problem is yours to carry. You can be supportive without sacrificing your own well-being. Set boundaries, protect your energy, and focus on growth. Educate, inspire, and uplift—but don’t allow others to drain you.
