                                            High quality herbal oils & how to recognise
But also.. Extracts, extracts, extracts.
Something that I see so often in the health, wellness, skincare & supplement industry is excessive extracts. This means only specific parts of the plant (usually the prized parts) are extracted, and the rest is left for dust. 
Nature is exceptional in the way whole plants are perfectly harmonised in it's phytochemistry (the chemical compounds found in plants).
I'm a whole plant person.
The whole plant treats the whole person.
And we all know ultra processed foods are toxic, so why wouldn't the same rules apply for ultra processed skincare products?
As they say "if you wouldn't eat it, don't put it on your skin"
