Meet Daniel Bove and Madeline Bove our Senior Womens Vice Captain.

Daniel attends Merriang Special Development School in Lalor. The school is in the final stage of completing an athletics ground.

Our club would love to assist the school in raising funds so that the school can purchase much needed sports equipment for its students.

Daniels favourite colour is red so there will be limited edition Mill Park beanies and scarves with Daniels colours so we can all remember the day.

Today is Clean Up Australia Day!
Some of our amazing South East team took part in volunteering with Frankston beach patrol to help clean the beach this morning!
In an hours work with many volunteers we managed to pick up 69kgs of rubbish!

We can’t thank enough for their ongoing commitment to a cleaner community and for having us there today!

South East Metropolitan Melbourne. Join our highly driven, motivated and supportive
team who strive to ensure children ages 2-17 years old achieve their NDIS plan goals.
Little Support Heroes is a paramount NDIS Registered Provider who has teamed up with
Early Childhood Experts to provide Support Work, Therapeutic Support and Early
Childhood Supports across Metropolitan Melbourne.
About the role
Our Support Workers work independently with a therapeutic approach assisting all
children to overcome daily challenges and develop skills necessary in the Early Years.
The successful candidates will be working directly with children in their homes or Early
Learning setting. This role will suit a self-driven individual who is able to think on their
feet and operate with a high degree of autonomy.

Qualifications and Experience:

Note: Applicants without formal qualifications may be considered dependent on
experience and ability to demonstrate a high level of commitment and willingness to
upskill.
Seeking those with Certificates or relevant experience in the following fields:
• Minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood or
• Minimum Certificate III in Sport and Recreation or
• Relevant allied health assistant or disability course
• Transport and valid Driver’s License
• Experience working with children and/or young people is a must
Key responsibilities:
• Working with children and young people across a range of different settings
• To assist children in progressing towards and achieving their goals as outlined by
their NDIS plan
• To build warm and positive relationships with both the child and the family
• To use a teaching or coaching approach to build each child’s self-confidence and
independence
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes on the child’s progress as required.
• Assessing and managing risks in line with the company policies and procedures,
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Strong knowledge of Early childhood development and the relevant milestones
• An understanding of working with children with additional needs
• A diligent, passionate and caring approach to all aspects of the job
• Responsible and reliable
• A passion for sport, health and fitness
• Desire for positive outcomes for children

Interview Process
The interview process will be held in a group setting over a 1.5-hour period on a
weeknight from 5:30pm – 7:00pm. Successful candidates will be invited to the group
interview once they have successfully met the interview criteria.
