My gorgeous boy Petey loves his 10pt merkaba 😍

Animals know and love playing with medical intuition. Petey has played with his merkaba from 3mths of age and loves it. So do I. You can also find him carry his giant clear quartz around in his mouth 😆

I love working with animals as well as their humans 😊 After a little break I’ve had, I am back! I am now back and ready to start taking on medical intuitive sessions for clients of all sorts, 2 legged, 4 legged, feathered, scaled and more.

Things always have a way of working out because your problems are not forever; they are actually temporary. We assess life from a narrow perspective which blinds us to the truth.

What if you could suspend judging situations and trust that things are working out? It’s unreasonable to expect something is not working out in your favour, when pieces of the puzzle are still forming. Don’t judge your life based on your current circumstances since this is only part of the story.

Ask yourself, “What could be going on behind the scenes that I’m unaware of?”

If we wish to find happiness and contentment in our everyday circumstances, a long-term view of life helps. “We worry because we do not trust ourselves to handle what happens to us. We worry because we do not trust that the way the chips fall will work out for the best. We worry because we have not yet said yes,” states psychotherapist David Richo.

When you face obstacles, try not to be attached to a certain picture of how things must work out. Instead, try to go with the flow, and look for the lesson there, the one that will make you stronger. Instead of dwelling on unfortunate conditions, see them as obstacles to provide inner wisdom and personal growth. Trust that good things are emerging.

I love absolutely love this beautiful example and how easily it can be demonstrated with Medical Intuition 💕 The body consciousness and the words spoken, how they all align. Stand out words & statements:
• ‘felt drained’
• Resentment
• Control

So simple & so obvious. It wouldn’t surprise if a client came to me with speaking of similar examples and or explaining physical symptoms of possibly excessive urination, not being able to empty bladder, UTIs. One things that is in our control is releasing the resentment and control. Guess what, release, that beautiful freedom, is also the bladder... funny that.

I spent a majority of my life trying to control how life happened around me.

I wasn’t even aware of it.

It’s not surprising I always felt drained + burnt out. It’s not surprising I felt resentment in many of my relationships.

We cannot control anything outside of ourselves. Though most of still attempt to, as a way to stay safe.

Our true power comes from personal responsibility. This surrender creates self confidence + allows us to show up as the highest version of ourselves.

How would it feel if you didn’t attempt to control the world around you and instead focused on how YOU respond to the world

Authentic love Vs Ego love. ❤️ this.
Authentic love begins inside ones self. Love, compassion and appreciation of ourselves. We are worth it. Many would naturally base this beautiful example for a family, lover, friendship dynamic. Yes, it’s true, it applies there, but most importantly where it all starts, is in us.

We are worthy of our own love 💕
We are loved 💕
We are not alone 💕

Ego love is fear based.

We can have ego love with friends, family, or partners.

In this state we believe someone can (and should) meet all our needs. We project our unresolved trauma, try to control, + unconsciously shame ourselves.

You’ll know if a relationship is ego based if you feel drained after interactions. Or fearful to speak truths due to reactions.

Authentic love lacks conditions. You’ll feel free to express yourself + your boundaries. You feel free to clearly communicate your needs. There is mutual respect + admiration, even within conflict.

During my own awakening, I had some heartbreaking realizations around how many of my relationships were ego based. I had been practicing self witnessing + saw how my own ego had been involved. Then, I felt so much resistance connecting with these people.

I’d make excuses. Or I’d lie.

Anything to avoid seeing the relationships I had manifested. That’s important to understand: our relations mirror our conditioning + our current level of consciousness.

As we do the work, our relationships will shift. They’ll change. We may clear people from our lives + attract new people within them.

Letting go is part of our journey. Receiving new is a part of our journey.

What do all these beautiful Earths creatures have in common?
Well aside from being ridiculously gorgeous, seriously those faces 😍, they are all currently in lockdown with their humans.

Now this is not any sort of political post about lockdowns, it’s about thinking about your pets, from cats, dogs, horses, cows, through to yeeeap, even pet snakes 😳. How have their behaviours changed? Their emotions been displayed over the past months and now?

Have you experienced;
❣️ Clinginess
The little or big shadow that follows you everywhere
❣️ Nurturing
Coming to you with you’re upset and need physical contact. Bringing their toy to you?
❣️ Aggression or Protective
Displaying behaviours to discourage anyone coming into your / their space (hmmm…1.5m)
❣️Injuries
Broken or fractured bones, dislocations, skin, eye or ear infections, bites, Arthritis
❣️ Boredom
Breaking / destroying ‘things’, their toys, your new couch, the door. Sleeping all day long, like seriously has he/she even moved today?
❣️Loss of or unrelenting appetite (change)
Related to boredom and comforting mechanism. Upset stomach on a diet that hasn’t changed, or forced diet change as ‘normal’ food unavailability?
❣️Anxiety / Depression
You’ve left the house to buy some bread and milk and they’re acting as if you’ll never come home?

Hmmmm… 🤔 do any of these ring a bell? You may not even have a pet and think some of these are ME! Eeeck! That’s ok, and firstly, you are not alone and you are loved 💕 Have you thought to yourself ‘if I didn’t have (pet name) in my life, I don’t know how I would have survived the past 6 months?’ They have been our nurturers, our counsellors, our personal trainers, our alarm clocks for so many of us each and every day. Animals are beautiful creatures, they have no hidden agenda, well maybe aside from sneaking a little extra food here & there, as they are simply pure love. They have been and will be by our sides 24/7, but this will change soon and already has for many, when returning to working out of the home, have you thought of the effect on this sudden change to their environment may have on them?

I couldn’t be prouder of myself for dedicating this year to me, my health, my education, learning more about myself & others and loving this version of me that’s emerging from my cocoon 🦋 🙌

So grateful for learning under the beautiful Jean Sheehan at Millennium Education. It’s has been the greatest honor to learn from you and connect with you and the other beautiful souls I’ve met through the past 9months (OMG a 🤰🏼 baby!!) Thank you for helping me through my stories & gain insight to the things deep within myself and others. I am blessed 💕

SPRING - SEPTEMBER

Welcome Spring 🌼 Welcome September 🌱 The beauty of September, the start of Spring in the Southern Hemisphere, is the refreshing change, the warming weather, the sweeter scents, the sounds of fun & the wonderous sights. Mother Nature renewing, replenishing with the gift of new life. From plants to animals. Stop. Look. Embrace. Embrace the freeness, the rise of childlike excitement of coming out into the light, sun and all senses, after being in the slower hibernation of winter.

The intention of this grid for September and Spring is birth, nurture, care & play. Spring is the time in nature of birth, regeneration, & nurturing. All of the new born animals and their mothers. Plants coming ‘alive’ again, opening up showing their true colours. Flowers, fruits, to feed the senses and nourish the mind & bodies.

Along with birth is childlike innocence. The simplicity of being. Alive to learn, teach, have fun. Embody the joy of childlike play. The newness, the reckless abandon whilst knowing you are supported & loves, the get dirty, play, have fun! Dare yourself to do something child like for no reason except for pure joyous fun.

AUGUST / FULL MOON GRID

Sooo here goes. I’m in this, I’m doing this. Welcome to my first post of my Medical Intuitive page (well aside form introducing myself, hi 👋) Obviously we’re half way through August, but I’m only now sharing my August / Full Moon energies grid. Why now? You see, at first this grid was for me. At the start of the month I felt I needed a push, a ‘hand’ as such to break some old patterns that kept rearing their ‘ugly head’ but wanted to do so with as much support, care, strength, self knowledge, forgiveness, & for it to occur in the most nurturing loving way. Work with & use the energies of the month of August along with those of the full moon. But really Nat, was this grid just for me? Nope, see if I’m needing a little extra ‘help’ that push, then so do others. So, here we are again, why now? Why am I posting now? I wanted to earlier, but I was scared! Scared I’d be judged, scared I’d say something wrong, laughed at, ridiculed, judged, etc etc... Do I / should I care?
