I’ve loved sharing content powered by ChatGPT.
It’s quick, clever, kind of magical 🪄
But — as I’ve already shared before — when I tested it on actual naturopathic expertise, I was… more than a little disappointed 😬

The choice is always yours.
But at the end of the day — humans still need humans.
Critical, alive, truly caring humans.
Someone who’ll sometimes say, “Take a breath, slow down.”
And sometimes, “Alright — time to pull yourself together.”

There’s still no AI that can replace real human expertise, years of study, clinical hours, or the thousands of bodies and stories I’ve held space for.

So if you’re ready for care that isn’t off Google’s first page, or another generic plan,
I’m here.
Not 24/7 (I’m a human too).
But when I’m with you — I’m all in.
No templates. No autopilot.
Just fully about you, and for you.❤️

In the follow-up to that Reels — and as promised —
I’ve put together little food fairytales for you, mamas.
Tap through and keep them close 👆🏼

A 2024 study found something beautiful:
when preschoolers listened to stories where fruits and veggies had magical powers…
they started choosing more fruits and veggies — on their own.
No “eat this or else”. No “it’s good for you” speeches.
Just wonder. Curiosity. Play.

Because let’s be honest —
kids don’t need nutrition lectures.
They don’t care about antioxidants, blood sugar or the microbiome.

But you know what they do care about?

🌱 Magical broccoli forests
🍎 Apples that whisper wishes
🧄 Garlic knights and banana dragons

📌 Save it.
📖 Read it aloud.
💬 Make up your own endings.

✨ Speak to children in their language — the language of magic —
and watch them grow up with a love for real food.

My reel about food abusers got such a warm response from you all. I realized, my dear women, that so many of us have been in abusive relationships with these heavily marketed supermarket "pretty boys"—but that's okay. The main thing is we realized they were big mistakes in time, right?

Now, I've had a proper chat with my new mate GPT about whether superfoods and supplements might just be the wolf in wellness clothing of the wellness world, which are actually complete frauds and deceivers. Some are even proper gold diggers, draining your wallet dry. You can see the prompt on the cover image, and below are GPT's responses. Of course, AI isn't perfect, but in this case, I couldn't agree more.

I'd add to this list of dangerous supplements things like protein powder, L-carnitine, BCAAs, fat burners, and creatine, that cost a fortune and have no benefits unless you are a bodybuilder.

If you're side-eyeing your pantry right now, wondering, "Is this supplement gaslighting me?!"—I'm here. Not a therapist, but a naturopath who'll help you dump the duds and keep the real MVPs. No judgment, just science (and maybe a little humor).

So, fess up in the comments—who recognized their "exes" in this post?

There’s something powerful about doing things your way.
Especially when everyone around is following “the rules”.

In this post, I share the habits I’ve held onto (or let go of) in my 40s — even if they sound “wrong” by mainstream standards.

From breakfast to bedtime, from skincare to parenting — scroll through the slides and see what resonates.
Maybe you’ll find something that gives you permission to stop performing and start listening to your body.

💬 I’d love to know — what are you still doing “wrong”? Drop it in the comments.
This page is a no-judgement space, always.

Here’s a behind-the-scenes moment from me and ChatGPT.
Yes, I’ve finally made my first steps into the world of AI — cautiously, curiously, and with my inner fact-checker fully alert.

What was the first thing I asked?
“Generate two portraits: the same woman at 45 — one who’s lived on processed food, and one who’s eaten mostly whole foods.”
Spoiler: the contrast is brutal. You’ll see in the slides.

I have to admit, that was my second question.
As the first one, I asked it to cross-reference 20 different nutrient profiles across 5 hair tissue mineral test results to detect patterns in thyroid and liver function.

Spoiler: it failed 😂
Still needs a human.

So here’s my takeaway: trust tech, but don’t outsource your body to it.
It may give you answers — but it doesn’t know you. It can’t see your labs, your symptoms, your history — or ask the right follow-up questions.
And it certainly doesn’t hold you accountable when you ignore your magnesium levels.
(I do. Lovingly. But firmly.)

So yes — use tools, learn online, explore.
But always bring your findings to someone who works with facts, patterns, labs and actual human experience.
A naturopath, for example. Preferably one with an accent and a low tolerance for wellness fluff 😉
(Yes, I’m referring to myself)

Stay curious. Stay sharp. Stay with me.
There’s more real health coming your way.

Following a naturopath’s advice can feel... overwhelming.
The endless “don’t eat this, swap that, avoid this” turns your kitchen into a battlefield — and sometimes all you want is to eat your damn broccoli in peace.

I get it.
It’s exhausting to feel like you’re always doing something wrong.
And it’s not the kind of energy we’re bringing here.

So I’ve made you something different.🫂

👆🏼This is your no-drama, no-judgement, no-overwhelm seasoning cheat sheet.
On the left – the usual suspects.
On the right – what I, a practising naturopath, actually use in my own kitchen.

The swaps are simple. But the upgrades? Huge.
🌿 Think better digestion, more minerals, hormone support, fewer inflammatory spikes – all without buying another overpriced superfood blend.

Save this for your next grocery shop or meal prep moment.
Pick by flavour or by function – whichever brings you joy and nutrients.

Let your food do more than fill your stomach.
Let it nourish you back. Effortlessly.

✨ Stay with here for more posts like this – practical, playful, and built for real women who want to feel good without making wellness a second job.

And hey, let me know in the comments 📝 if you want me to keep making these little food maps. It helps me not feel like I’m yelling into the void 😅
