Your emotions are meant to move freely through your body, not remain stored or stuck. Over a lifetime, we unconsciously accumulate and inherit blockages and hindrances that create a disconnect from the natural flow and function of our emotions.

This disconnection often leads to blockages in the flow of emotional bio-electricity, preventing it from moving effectively through the body and being properly discharged. These blockages can dysregulate the nervous system, causing emotion to accumulate.

Stored emotions place a burden on the nervous system and are often the root cause of many wellbeing challenges, such as chronic stress and anxiety. You’ve likely heard the phrases, “the body keeps the score” or “issues live in our tissues.”

Kalliso Techniques are designed to restore healthy emotional function expression and release the tensions, blockages and traumas that keep you in a dysregulated state.
