Genergise Health and Vitality I help busy mummas prioritise their wellbeing and set their babies up with positive health for life! My main concern is. Are you getting enough sleep?

Fitness is vital to a healthy strong body, and my passion is with clean delicious food. I currently work in in Fitness First Flinders St, and work with many amazing clients that have transformed mentally, physically and emotionally. I have a holistic approach to health and wellbeing and i specialises in helping the social, busy, female who is keen to live clean but needs that extra edge to achieve

her goals. Is your body digesting and processing your nutrition to have optimal energy levels? Is the stress in your life holding you back from reaching your health and fitness goals

I focus mostly on strength and resistance style training. This is the most effective way to get a lean, sexy, toned body. A practitioner of yoga ,i belive it helps keep my body mobile and supple which is very important to recruit and activate the right muscles during her workouts. Yoga helps me to calm and manage my stress levels and really encourage my clients to incorporate yoga into their weekly routine. I believe in the power of goal setting and mindset management and that's why I would love to help as many people as possible through my 3, 6 and 12 week goal setting process.

From what I can see women are still afraid to consume certain foods. With nutritional requirements at an all time high we must asses the risk vs the nutritional benefit.

Understanding the different stages of labour is imperative for both the mother and birthing partner(s) to know.

I remember clearly when having Mav thinking I couldn’t do it anymore. (Transition Phase) It was classic text book. I was still at home at this point. We made it to the hospital in 20min and Mav was born within the hour.

I cannot stress enough… if you are planning a spontaneous natural physiological birth you need to labour at home as long as possible so you are under the care of midwives and hospital staff at the business end of labour.

Posting again the benefits of strength training in Pregnancy

1. Reduced the risk of gestational diabetes - this is just incredible! Strength or training with weights and focusing on great nutrition can impact this greatly.

2. Reduce the to chances of back pain or severity of that pain especiall in T3. Omg carry around that extra weight at end of pregnancy is tough work! Being strong can help you to feel more comfortable in these final stages.

3. Reduces likelihood of Caesarean birth. Even if you are planning a C-section strength training can help you feel great in pregnancy and postpartum

4. A reduced postpartum recovery time. More time to have cuddles with bubs and enjoy mat leave!
