I bought Regenerate and Collagen Protein for my wife who had torn her meniscus and was told by the surgeon that surgery would not be an option as it had degenerated beyond the benefit of an operation. Well, she asked me to get these products for her and the healing has been amazing. After 4 weeks she was walking and now pain is a distant memory. Would highly recommend.

Hi everyone , been using this for a couple of years daily..
Now I wanted to test if it was still required or beneficial, so I got off them for a week..
OK … listen up…
I became a 62 year old almost immediately. My joint ached from the moment I got up.
Recovery was non existent, just wasn’t recovering between workouts, and my exercises , workload suffered badly…
You see joints are unique, and need these items to recover and perform even daily tasks, so I won’t be testing things out again.

Have been training for marathons over the last 5-6 years and naturally have some joint and ligament niggles. Had a hip issue that I couldn’t seem to get right. Got recommended regenerate to try and couldn’t be happier. My hip improved within the first week of taking the capsules and I’ve also noticed an improvement in my gut health as well.
