The PLP-SWE-C6 Tissue Homogeniser utilises a vertical shock system with high-speed reciprocating motion to make the frozen samples in the grinding tube collide with the grinding beads. The resulting grinding shear force and impact force completely crush the tissues, making it a specialised device for rapid one-time processing of multiple samples in research institutions, universities, agricultural colleges, biomedical and food testing fields.

The Platypus Jar tester allows emulation of full scale plant flocculation to confidently optimize physical and chemical treatment including: coagulants, polymers and alkalinity, settlement rates, reaction kinetics, mixing and flocculation energy requirements, aluminium ion residuals.

4 MICROPROCESSORS
Four independent stations with separate / sequential speed / time settings for three (3) mix / flocculation stages. Last RPM and TIME memory. Actual paddle speed controlled by P+I controllers tied-back to Hall Effect speed sensors.

DIGITAL CONTROL
Each station includes a 14mm 3 digit numeric LED display for RPM set / actual speed readout and a 14 mm 4-digit clock LED display for stage time set/time elapsed.

The HACH DR3900 is a benchtop visible spectrum (320 - 1100 nm), split beam spectrophotometer with over 220 pre-programmed methods optimised for laboratory water analysis. With your daily routine of water analysis in mind, the DR3900 spectrophotometer is optimised for safe processes and accurate results. Control-parameters like Ammonium, COD, Phosphate, Nitrate and many others are easy to perform. The handling of tests and spectrophotometer is well designed to avoid any errors in your water analysis. The new 2D barcode details the batch number and the expiry date of the reagents. During the measurement process the DR3900 immediately picks up all the information on the cuvette by using the IBR+ barcode reader. If the expiry date has already passed, an automatic warning will be issued. Method updates are also identified by the 2D barcode. The calibration data is incorporated in the RFID tag on the box for hands-free update with the RFID module.
