Why should some one see me vs some one down the street? Yes I can offer strategies but it’s the root cause of the problem I will help you with so you can have lasting change, not just a quick fix. With my unique background how can I help people in an utterly unique way? I’ve been through depression, anxiety and fatigue myself as well as perfectionism, motherhood, bullying, family and relationship issues, grief and loss and a whole host of other issues that I’ve worked through and come out the other side so not only do I know firsthand that healing is possible but also I have bucket loads of empathy. If I can go through all that and be an inspired person at the other side then there’s hope for others too. I am CONSTANTLY working on myself and my own problems to learn better strategies to help you, I use myself as a guinea pig first!! What combination of skills do I possess that will enable me to stand apart from the crowd and demonstrate my expertise? love to see women step into their power and claim the lives they want!! Ability to run therapeutic women’s groups with knowledge of the true feminine nature and how to empower it- we are wild and passionate creatures and this needs an outlet, we also need support from each other
I walk my talk, everything I offer to you I use myself in my own life. I offer a deep understanding of where your problems stem, I can empathize as I have been through much of it myself and I’ve worked out how to shift out of these ruts. I can help you with –moving out of a rut talking outlet, empathy, deep understanding, positive thinking and stress management strategies. I can move you from pain and negativity to joy and inspiration. I have both the formal training and the person experiences which is a powerful combination.

HOW TO ACHIEVE HIGH LEVELS OF PERSONAL MASTERY

If you are reading this you are probably already somewhat of a high achiever. You may have achieved great success in one or more areas of your life.

However, you feel other areas are a struggle and lag behind. For example, you may be great at running a business, but parenting is a struggle for you, or you may have a great circle of female friends supporting you through thick but you struggle romantically.

I'm here to show you how to have it all. Sucess in all areas. NO, it's not about being perfect. It's about understanding how you operate as a human at a deeper level. Because if you are reading this, there is more to learn.

You may have heard of Maslow's heirarchy of needs. We start with fulfilling our basic needs of food, shelter, love and belonging and move all the way up to self- actualization, where you reach your highest potential. That is what I'm providing a road map for, the top of the pyramid.

Inside us we have two polarities - masculine and feminine. It is critical they both work together for self actualisation. The problem is society over values the masculine ones and undervalues the feminine ones, and we take that on and become unbalanced.

Masculine qualities:

Self discipline, logic, action, support, direction, strategy, money management, precision, attention to detail, protection, safety, mind, neatness, organization

Feminine qualities:

Emotion, healing, pleasure, eroticism, creativity, fun, rest, play, beauty, body, desire, connection, collaboration, listening

Now if you are good with your masculine you will likely be neat, have a good financial acumen and get things done. You may very well be extremely career successful. But without your feminine qualities you will likely struggle in relationships which require love, connection, listening and joy.

If you are good with your feminine you will be great fun and create a lot of love and beauty for those around you. However, without the masculine qualities you will be disorganized and struggle with your finances and with getting things done.

Most people are a unique mix of these qualities with some well- developed qualities and others that are weaker. You will know what you need to develop by which parts of your life are not going as well.

If you are stuck and you don't know why, its likely because you need healing. Our blocks are often stuck in our unconscious so we aren't aware of them. That's where I can come in and help you find them and then you will start to be able to grow in the area that just wasn't working no matter how hard you tried. It's powerful. You may find yourself getting along better with your kids, or making more money or your love life starts going better, whatever is stuck i will get it moving for you.

When i see women on instagram trying to coach other women telling them the should do this and they should do that i know they aren't in their power.

Why?

Because true dark feminine power hates rules.She's a rebel, a disruptor and she has an independent mind and she lives to the beat of her own drum.

The other night I was mistaken for being 20 years younger than I am.

It's no coincidence
