A few weeks ago, our receptionist Eve returned from a 5-month exchange in the south of Germany! 🇩🇪✨

Studying at a design university, she made friends from all around the world and was lucky enough to travel around Germany and Europe with them 🤗🌍

Who remembers TB's dog, Luffy? Here's the long awaited update! When TB first began at Physio Room many years ago, he adopted Luffy, bringing him into our Physio Room family. Luffy went through dog school and graduated with flying colours, broke his arm (and recovered!) and is now a grown, mature adult - how time has flown!

Introducing one of the newest members of our Physio Room family, Chloe! 🌟

Chloe is a certified Mat, Reformer and Studio Pilates Instructor. With a background in elite sport and a personal journey with scoliosis, she brings a holistic, rehabilitation-focussed approach to movement.

She offers Private, Semi-Private and Group sessions focussed on posture, mobility, strength and overall wellbeing.
