Spinal Symmetry is open. All four clinics will continue to operate throughout the COVID-19 pandemic as per government directives. We are following the strict hygiene protocols recommended by the Australian Department of Health.

Our clinics all look a little different. Our receptionists,Sue and JoAnne, are working from home. We’ve removed all but the essential furniture. No flyers, business cards, magazines or toys. They have been replaced with boxes of disposable gowns, disposable pillow cases and paper bed rolls. We are constantly cleaning all surfaces. We’ve an ample supply of hand sanitizer, tissues and cleaning products.

As another reminder, the Head Above Water 24 hour Swimathon is on this weekend !

The event is raising money for ongoing awareness and support for Mental Health
on the Northern Beaches and beyond.

The second year of this great non-for profit will be held at the Collaroy Beach Rock Pool.
•
Adrian will be there on Saturday from 12pm !, supporting and offering treatment for the swimmers taking part.
•
Anyone from the Northern Beaches, definitely come along if your around to support a great event!

As of late, one of our practitioners Adrian Tomiak has been involved with the professional football club Western Sydney Wanderers FC .

He has been working along side the physio staff there taking care of the women’s team ! Westfield W-League
