WE ARE LOOKING FOR WORKERS!

We are looking for a Support Worker who will assist participants build confidence and develop the
necessary skills to make informed decision.
Responsibilities will include:
• Assisting and encouraging participants manage their domestic activities
• Assisting with their personal care.
• Updating records and reports (including daily progress notes)
• Supporting participants to access community facilities.
Care to be provided by Support worker will often be tailored to the needs of the individual. Current
client needs 24/7 support. Minimum of 40 hours day/ night rostered support services (Monday to
Sunday). Work is in Pagewood.
Schads Award rate is paid based on the level of experience plus provider staff transport paid to staff.
This is a casual position therefore holiday leaves and paid sick leaves not included.
Requirements: Certificate III in Disability, valid First Aid Certificate, NDIS worker screening and Working with Children’s
